Contact Form -- TomBrownsword.com

Contact procedures for my website have changed, effective December 13, 2007. Here's what you need to do if you want to contact me:

1. Go to my blog and sign up for my blog announcement list. The form is in the upper right corner of the main blog page. Here's the link and URL for my blog: http://www.TomBrownsword.com/news.
2. Once you've signed up and confirmed your subscription, wait for an email that actually announces a blog post.
3. Open the most recent -- and only the most recent -- blog annoucement email, click on "Reply", type your email, and hit "Send".

I'll receive your email if you followed the above instructions. If you used an older announcement email, my filters will delete it before I ever see it. Also keep in mind that I only check this account every few days -- at most.

Do not use this procedure to contact me for product support; those emails will be deleted. Please use the email address on the customer page for each product. You'll receive a prompt and accurate response if, and only if, you use that address.

Also keep in mind that while I read every email, I am unable to respond to all of them. I do appreciate your feedback, input, and questions.
